Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried cranberries

  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded & diced

  • 1/2 medium/small diced red onion

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  • juice from 1 lime

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
  • Stir together gently, cover, and chill for at least two hours
  • Stir before serving
